Estrela Branca is a third floor penthouse, located at about 100 meters from the city center of Santa Maria on the beautiful island Sal. It is only a few minutes walk to the many restaurants and bars as well as right next to the main shopping street.
You’ll love the appartement because of the wide sea view, high ceilings, bright and light spaces, contemporary furniture, the comfy bed, the kitchen and the large balcony with wide sea view.
The apartment is spacious, with a living area that opens to the sea through a large terrace with a small outdoor kitchen. When sitting under the pergola on the large table, enjoying the panoramic sea view, it is enough to hear the sound of the waves to feel grateful to be there.
Beaches in front of the apartment are nice and various going from white sands to rocky fishing spots and the very specific shell cemetery beach.
A few steps away the first beach restaurants are open to serve you a delightful lunch. There you can also find chairs with umbrella to sunbathe after a good swim.
THE APARTMENT
The 115 m2 apartement is on the third and top floof of the Estrela do Mar building. It has a large living area with kitchen, round dining table for 6 and big corner seat. The furniture is modern and stylish.
The sleeping quarters consist of two separate bedrooms, one with private bathroom. The other can use the second bathroom in the hallway.
The bedrooms have a private balcony and each room has airconditioning.
Every bathroom is equipped with washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment also features a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
On the open duplex, a third large space with double bed is available. So there is room for up to six adults since every bedroom has a double bed.
So the apartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or families with children.
